Because there's something ultimately very satisfying about taking an item of clothing you NEVER wear, like cargo pants--honestly, cargo pants only really look good on people who wear like a size 2--and turning them into the cutest little khaki skirt imaginable. I think it's my new favorite item in my closet right now.
